Healthy Caramel Coffee Nut Butter – Only 4 ingredients!

I’m not sure if this is really healthy. It is? Yes, it is!

It tastes like coffee cream icing! You know the ones you have on chocolate cake? YES. The only thing you used to eat off cakes as a kid, because we all love the icing!

I love this, it’s creamy, smooth, nutty, and tastes like a caramel macchiato, in a creamy form. I have not tried anything that tastes this not healthy, but it is! Here goes the recipe!

HEALTHY CARAMEL COFFEE NUT BUTTER

Ingredients

– 3/4 cup cashews

– 1/2 tsp vanilla

– 1 tsp instant coffee powder (diluted with 2 tbsp hot water – feel free to add more coffeeย if you love more coffee)

– 1 – 2 tbsp coconut sugar/agave/maple syrup

– pinch of salt

 

Directions

Soak cashews in water for 6 – 8 hours. Drain the nuts. Blend all ingredients in a blender.


 

Wouldn’t it be cool to experiment with flavours for this?

Cookies and cream?

Chocolate?

Maybe even pistachio?

The possibilities are endless!
