Firstly, you may think, why is it necessary that I know my body type?
Well, when you know your body type, I can tell you the exact exercises and workouts to do to tone and shape up for your body type. So, you are not wasting your time in the gym, doing all sorts of workouts, but getting no results.
You will be able to get results FASTER and spend LESS time in the gym, when you know the type of workout that your body responds to.
